By William J. Hughes

The world has really expanded in technology with 1.5 Billion people being interconnected through the internet. The number in constantly increasing each day

Good news indeed but not without kick backs. This interconnectivity acts as a good infrastructure for computer viruses to spread from one computer to another very easily and quickly.

When the system is tampered with, the results will be for the viruses to spread faster through the system. By this way computer viruses will spread from computer to computer.

If you notice that your computer has started to slow down than it is the case under normal circumstances, know that a virus could be responsible for the slowness. This is one of the ways to detect the presence of a virus in your machine. The slowness is caused by the viruses' habit to dominate the entire computer.

Microsoft Word or Firefox have established warning programs for the computer to alert when there is an impending attack. This however will not deter the virus from carrying forth its threat. Its aim is to dominate as much space a possible within the CPU.

Since it's difficult to edit a file while it is in use, a smart virus will corrupt the computer to start on its own so that it can corrupt the files when the comp starts. hats why its called smart virus since it will look for ways to get to your files by all means.

If you notice that your computer is under the attack of a virus, don't lose heart since there are different programs meant to remove the same type of troubling types of viruses and the problems that go with them.

From the first incidence of a virus attack, you will be safe if you run the antivirus program immediately to safeguard the computer from another attack or from giving the virus time to operate underground making it hard to remove it in the future.
